GUEST COTTAGE

Built in the 70’s, this 2-bedroom guest cottage required updating to suit the new homeowner’s more high-tech lifestyle but with a classic, timeless aesthetic. Taken down to the studs, all finishes and fixtures were updated. The kitchen was redesigned and expanded. What once was a basement hearth room was converted into a theater with an adjacent wet bar, powder room and full laundry.
